Education is the foundation for conservation. We believe that through learning comes understanding and through understanding comes caring. We have been bringing learning to life through our prestigious animal collection for over 25 years. Daily Public Presentations

Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups are invited to contact the Education Officer to discuss any individual arrangements you may require. Discounts are available for groups if you pre-book, details can be found on our Planning your visit page.

Schools Education Programme

Inspire young minds with a face to face encounter with our awesome tigers at our new viewing areas. New naturalistic enclosures enhance the students understanding of natural habitats. New interpretation signs enable independent learning and aid literacy. Bring Science and Geography to life while you explore cross-curricular themes in English, History, Citizenship and Art.

We offer a flexible and personal service to schools from Key Stage 1 - A - level. Our dedicated Education Officer will conduct interactive sessions and accompany you for the duration of your visit offering expert knowledge of our animals. Choose from a range of different Educational Options or find out about our Outreach Programme.
