How do I make a booking?
- On-line Calendar
Check our availability for the date and time you wish to visit.
- Preliminary booking
Phone or email the Education Officer with the time and date you wish to visit. This slot will then be reserved for you on the calendar.
- Booking Form
Print and return the completed booking form (Click here). Please ensure that the date and time matches the slot you have reserved with the Education Officer.
- Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your booking and educational options. If you have requested to study a specialised topic you will be given a password to allow you to download our activity sheets or Teachers Information Pack.
- Payment
Most schools pay on arrival using a cheque or cash. If you would like to be invoiced before or after your visit please contact the Education Officer.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking please contact the Education Officer as soon as possible. Please note that if you have requested to use our Teachers Information Pack you will still be charged £5. This is to prevent misuse of this service.
